National Defence Academy is tri service academy for all three defence wings of India i.e. Army, Navy and Air Force. It is located at Khadakwasla. A common training is conducted for all selected candidates. Later on for advanced specialisation they are sent to their respective academies. NDA examination is conducted conforming to guidelines of Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Those who wish to be a part of Indian defence services can take this exam. Eligibility criteria required for registration is that a candidate should have passed intermediate from recognised university and should be less than 20 years.
NDA examinations are conducted twice every year in months of April and September.

Registrations for NDA exams (I) to be conducted in 2016 are open now. Eligible and interested candidates should start applying as soon as possible. Since 2012 onwards UPSC has adopted e-governance model hence admit card will now be readily available on website. Due to this reform in recruitment ways, availability of admit card has been facilitated effectively. No admit card shall be sent through post or any other mean.

prior three weeks of examination. Those who have applied for entrance exams of UPSC are required to download it on time.
In order to download e – admit card or e – admission certificate regarding particular examination candidate must possess some information. There are various parameters like Roll number, date of birth, registration ID or father’s name that have to be produced while downloading admit card.
Any difficulty faced during download of e – admit card shall be handled by UPSC facilitation centre. One should immediately call 011-23385271, 011-23381125 and 011-23098543 for any kind of assistance regarding download. You can also mail to [email protected] regarding any issue.
