Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview held at our Registered Office, Bengaluru. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year.
Junior Officer- 06 vacancies in the scale of pay Rs.12200-19600/- Plus applicable allowances as per rules
Officer- 05 vacancies in the scale of pay Rs.15000-20500/- Plus applicable allowances as per rules
Assistant Vice President (AVP)– 06 vacancies in the scale of pay Rs.17500-21900/- Plus applicable allowances as per rules

Qualification:
Junior Officer- Candidates must be Graduate/ Post Graduates with first class in any discipline from a recognized university with consistent good academic record.
Officer- Candidates must be Graduate/ Post Graduates with first class in any discipline preferably
in Commerce from a recognized university with consistent good academic record. Candidates should have two to three years experience in Commercial Bank, Financial Institution or a reputed NBFC.
Assistant Vice President- Candidates must possess Post graduates in any discipline from a recognized university preferably in Commerce with minimum 55% aggregate marks. Candidates having MBA in finance will be preferred. Candidates should have minimum three years experience in Relationship Banking/ Marketing/ Legal/ IT in a commercial Bank/ Financial Institution or a reputed NBFC. Candidates got one year experience as Branch Head will be preferred.
Age Limit As on 30-September-2015:
For Officer, and Junior Officer Positions- Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years
For Assistant Vice President Position- Minimum 26 years and Maximum 32 years
Relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
