Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), invited online applications from eligible experienced candidates for recruitment of various positions in Human Resource, Law, CSR, and Hindi Disciplines in locations across the country. Candidates should possess the required qualifications (full-time regular course) from Institutions/ colleges/ Universities recognized by AICTE/ UGC with minimum 60% marks in the Final Degree Examination (relaxed to 50% for SC/ ST/ PwD category candidates); and have relevant post qualification work experience (minimum three years for HR/ CSR/ Hindi Discipline, and Seven years for Law Discipline) in the respective areas.
Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and/ or Case study based Group Discussions and personal interview, followed by medical examination.
Probation: Selected candidates will be on Probation for a period of one year.
