High Court of Judicature at Bombay invited online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of the post of Clerks. The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Marathi language.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have Graduate Degree (Law Graduates would get preferred) of any recognized university, and have passed government commercial certificate examination or examination conducted by government board or ITI for English typing speed test of 40 Words per minute. Candidates should also have Computer Certificate about proficiency in operation of word processors in Windows and Linux, in addition to M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7 and Open Office Org obtained from universities established under the maharashtra universities act/ Maharashtra or Goa State Board of Technical Education/ NIC/ C-DAC/ CEDIT/ DOEACC/ DATAPRO/ MS-CIT/ APTECH/ SSI/ NIIT/ BOSTON.
Age Limit As on 16-September-2015: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 33 Years for General category candidates; 38 Years for SC/ ST/ OBC/ SBC category candidates; and 45 Years for PWD candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/- plus allowances as admissible
Application Fee: Rs. 25/-
Applicants are suggetsed to pay the application fee either by Online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) or by Challan. Candidates paying the fee by mode of challan will have to pay the application fee in any branch of state bank of India. In that case, candidates may also pay Rs. 50/- as bank charges.
Note: Only shortlisted candidates shall pay a sum of Rs. 575/- only either online or by challan.
Selection Process: The eligible shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo Screening/ Written Test of 90 marks of One hour duration comprising of Objective type multiple choice questions on the various topics as Marathi of 10 marks, English of 20 marks, General Knowledge of 10 marks, General Intelligence of 20 marks, Arithmetic of 20 marks, and Computer Knowledge of 10 marks; followed by typing test of 20 marks.
Candidates qualifying screening test and typing test, will be called for viva-voce of 40 marks. Candidates called for viva-voce must submit the complete list of attested documents/ certificates as per requested in official advertisement to the Registrar (Personnel), High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay
