Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited (BNPMIPL) is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) and Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL). This BNPL project is sited at Mysore, Karnataka. Presently, the project is in construction phase and accordingly, acquisition and construction of plant, equipment, utilities and other infrastructure necessary for setting up of the plant are in progress. As per the implementation schedule, the first phase is expected to go on stream in June 2014 and the second and final phase in October 2014.
For spearheading the project, the company is, in the process of recruiting manpower across all levels for erection/ commissioning and subsequent operation and maintenance of the plant. Presently there are a few recruitments in the recruitment of Executive and non-Executive cadre which need to be filled with immediate basis.
Those who applied for any of the posts mentioned above in response to the earlier Advt No.01/2012-2013 dated 24-Jan-2013 and not shortlisted for Interview need not apply again.

DGM (Techno-Commercial): 01 Post
- Academic Requirements: The candidates must have completed Bachelors Degree in Concerned disciplines of Engineering (BE/ B.Tech/ AMIE) with 60% marks in aggregate. Candidates should have knowledge of financial management/ Costing etc. Additional qualifications such as Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Financial Management/ International Trade etc. OR ICWA/ CA/ ACS would be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 18 years of Industry experience out of which 02 years regular service should be in one grade below.
- Age: The applicant must be within 45-52 years of age as on 01-Feb-2014
- Pay Scale: Rs.37400 – Rs.67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700 in PB-4 with a CTC of Rs.19 lakhs per annum
AGM (Finance & Accounts): 01 Post
- Academic Requirements: The candidates must be a Graduate with CA/ ICWA/ MBA – Finance with 60% marks. MBA with dual qualification will not be entertained.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of Industry experience out of which 02 years regular service should be in one grade below.

- Academic Requirements: The candidates must be a Graduate in Commerce/ Science with at least 60% marks, OR, a Post-Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce OR, a Graduate with 2 years fulltime PG Degree/ Diploma in Financial Management/ Banking Management/ HR/ PM/ Marketing. OR, a Graduate with LLB OR, an ACS. Dual-Specialization will not be accounted for.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of Industry experience post-qualification. Experience in Tally is essential.
- Age: The applicant must be within 21-30 years of age as on 01-Feb-2014

Executive Secretary (Officers Cadre): 03 Posts
- Academic Requirements: The candidates must be a Graduate in Commerce/ Arts/ Science with a Diploma in Secretarial Practice/ Commercial Practice. He/ She must have a Stenography Speed of 120 wpm in English and a typing Speed of 40 wpm in English. (must be certified for this)
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience post-qualification as an Executive Assistant/ Private Secretary /Steno for a senior executive of a reputed organization.
- Age: The applicant must be within 21-30 years of age as on 01-Feb-2014. Age may be relaxed for additional experience to a max of 40 years.
- Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 in PB-2 with a CTC of Rs.7 lakhs per annum
Non-Executive Cadre (Industrial Workmen):
Junior Grade – I (Industrial Workman): 04 Posts
- Academic Requirements: Pass in 10+2 Board Examination with minimum of 60% marks OR, a pass in 10th/ SSLC/ HSC with 60% marks and with an ITI Trade Certificate (2 years duration) OR, a Bachelors Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce
- Experience: 01 year experience required for ITI holders and knowledge of Computer Operation is desirable.
- Age: The applicant must be within 21-28 years of age as on 01-Feb-2014.
- Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900 in PB-1 with a CTC of Rs.4 lakhs per annum
