Recruitment of engineers is basically carried out for the post of Engineer trainee for the branches like Mechanical, Electronics and Electrical Engineering. Final year students can also apply. For other departments in BHEL like Human Resource Manager (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), Law and Company Secretariat (CS). For HRM and HRD department candidates like post graduates or diploma in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relation, Social work, Training and development, Business administration. For Law department Bachelor’s Degree in Law i.e. LLB or BL are eligible. Selected candidates will be appointed as Supervisor trainee experienced candidates can also apply as per company’s notifications. For medical department, MBBS, DNB, MS, Diploma a holder in Orthopaedics/radiology/ Gynaecology etc are eligible to apply.
