BEPC SSA Recruitment 2013 For Block Resource Persons In Various Blocks Of Bihar State

With a noble goal of Universalization of Primary Education the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is functioning in India under Department or Elementary Education & Literacy, Ministry of HRD. The Bihar Education Project Council (BEPC) also popularly known as Bihar Education Project (BEP) is an organization under the guidelines of SSA, dedicated towards achieving Universal Elementary Education in Bihar. Starting its voyage in the year 1991, this BEPC is working dedicatedly with a purpose of bringing about quantitative and qualitative improvement in the Elementary Education System in the state.

With the recent announcement from the BEPC-SSA, there is an announcement for filling up competent positions of Block Resource Persons (Prakhand Sadhan Sevi) in each block level. A total number of 1611 numbers of vacancies has been announced to be filled up from the competent candidates from the state.

Academic Eligibility:

The applicants must have completed graduation with Minimum 50% marks and must have completed Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.

Age Specific Requirements (as on 01-Jan-2013):

• The applicants must be above 18 years and should not have crossed max age of 37 years.
• However, the maximum age limit can be extended further for privileged categories as per rules of the state government.

Pay Provisions:

The applicants selected for the position of Block Resource Persons will be allowed a consolidated pay scale of Rs.12000 per month.

Application Fees:

• Interested candidates can apply with application fees of Rs.500.
• Fees exempted for SC, ST, BPL and PWD candidates
• The fees can be remitted in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favor of The Bihar Education Project Council and should be payable at Patna.
• No other mode of fee payment will be entertained

Selection Procedure:

• The applicants will be selected on the basis of a Written Examination and Interview, the dates of which will be announced later.
• The candidates will be selected on a merit listing
