The BEML Limited operates under three major Business verticals viz., Rail and Metro, Defence, and Mining and Construction; serviced by nine manufacturing units located at Bangalore, Kolar Gold Fields (KGF), Mysore, Palakkad and Subsidiary – Vignyan Industries Ltd, in Chikmagalur District.
BEML Limited, Heavy Engineering Company, invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Junior Executives on contract basis for a period of three years renewable every year subject to performance, conduct and Business requirements; for its various Manufacturing/ Marketing Divisions located all over India.
Junior Executive (Finance) – Inter CA/Inter CMA
Junior Executive (HR) – Graduate with first class two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR)/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations of two years full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislation from a recognized University / Institution.
Junior Executive (Information Technology)- Engineering Graduate/ Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) with first class.
Desktop Support Engineers- Engineering Graduate/ Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) with first class.
Network Support Engineers- Engineering Graduate/ Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) with first class.
Note- Candidates should have 0 to 2 years post qualification experience for all the positions.

Upper Age Limit: 27 Years as on 01-June-2021. Upper age limit is relaxable for by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years forOBC candidates.
Remuneration: Rs.21,500/- for first year, Rs.23,500/- for second year, and Rs.25,500/- for third year
Selection Process: The candidates will be selected based on performance in the Written Test or Interview.
