Age Limit As on 15-September-2015:
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years for Scientific Assistant/B positions
Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years for Technician positions
Age relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC and Ex-servicemen candidates will be applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale:
Rs.9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay Rs.4200/- for Scientific Assistant/B positions
Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2800/- for Technician/D position
Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2400/- for Technician/C position
Rs. 5200-20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- for Technician/B position
Selection Process: Candidates applying for Scientific Assistant position, will be selected on the basis of interview. Candidates applying for Technician position, will be selected on the basis of trade test, and interview.
Application Fee:
Rs. 150/- for Scientific Assistant positions; and Rs. 100/- for Technician positions
