Bank of Baroda BOB Recruitment 2016: 1039 Specialist Officers Vacancies

Bank of Baroda, invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of specialist officers (Finance/ Credit, IT Specialist, Software Development, Planning, Risk Management, HRM Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, HR IT, Economist, Law, Data Scientist, Software Testing, Database Management, Data Analyst) Positions. Candidate can apply for only one post under this project. However, for Finance/Credit post and Trade Finance post, candidate may apply for both the post.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of online written test, for the post of Scale I, in the discipline of Fire and Planning, followed by GD/Interview of the shortlisted candidates; For the posts in Scale II, Scale III & Scale IV applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview. However, for Scale II and Scale III, if the number of eligible applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online written test also. Bank may also conduct Psychometric Test/ Group Discussion, wherever required.

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must ensure that he/ she fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria before applying for the post.

Age Limit As on 13-April-2016:
Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years for MMG/Scale II Posts. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 14.04.1981 and not later than 13.04.1991 (both dates inclusive).
Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years for MMG/Scale III Posts. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 14.04.1976 and not later than 13.04.1991 (both dates inclusive).
However relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.

Educational Qualification:
For Finance/ Credit Posts- Candidates must possess CA/ ICWA/ Full time MBA (Finance)/ Full time PGDBM (Finance); and have required post qualification experiences.

For IT Specialist/ HR IT/ Database Management/ Data Analyst Posts- Candidates must possess four years Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation;
OR
Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications;
OR
Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level, and have Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Networking, Programming, Languages, Database, IT security, etc is desirable.

Candidates must have required post qualification experiences.

For Planning- Candidates must possess Full time M.A Economics and or M.Sc Statistics/ M.Com (Banking), or M.Sc./ M.A. (Operations Research), or M.B.A. (Finance). Candidates must have required post qualification experiences.

For Risk Management- Candidates must possess two years full time PG in Risk Management/ Statistics/ Financial Engineering. Candidates having knowledge of statistical packages as SAS/ SPSS, MATLAB, R, STATA, STATISTICA etc. will be preferred. Candidates must have required post qualification experiences.

For HRM Specialist/ Recruitment Specialist- Candidates must possess two years full time MBA/ PGDM in HRM/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ HRD from recognized Institute/ University. Candidates must have required post qualification experiences.

For Economist- Candidates must possess two years full time M.A (Economics) preferably with M.Phil/ PhD (Economics). Candidates must have required post qualification experiences.

For Law- Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree in Law, and Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council. Candidates must have required post qualification experiences.
