Bank Note Paper Mill Recruitment 2013 In Executive And Non-Executive Cadre
Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited (BNPMIPL) is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) and Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL). This BNPL project is sited at Mysore, Karnataka. Presently, the project is in construction phase and accordingly, acquisition and construction of plant, equipment, utilities and other infrastructure necessary for setting up of the plant are in progress. As per the implementation schedule, the first phase is expected to go on stream in June 2014 and the second and final phase in October 2014.
For spearheading the project, the company is, in the process of recruiting manpower across all levels for erection/ commissioning and subsequent operation and maintenance of the plant. The Company has retained the services of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) for recruitment services. Presently there are a few recruitments in the recruitment of Executive and non-Executive cadre and the details are mentioned as under:

Details of Vacancies (Executive Cadre):
1. Assistant Manager (Technical/ Engineering): 25 Posts (Mechanical-10, Electrical/Electronics-09 posts, Chemical/ Paper pulp Engineering-06 posts)
Academic Requirements: The candidates must have completed Bachelors Degree in Concerned disciplines of Engineering (BE/ B.Tech/ AMIE) with 60% marks in aggregate. 1st Class Science graduation with 2 years Diploma in Paper pulp technology is accepted for Paper Pulp Engineering cadre.
Experience: 02 years of Industry experience in Production/ Operation/ Process control or maintenance in concerned fields
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4600 in PB-2 with a CTC of Rs.7 lakhs per annum
Age: The applicant must be within 21-30 years of age as on 31-Dec-2012
2. Engineer/ Officer (Technical/ Engineering): 30 Posts (Mechanical-12, Electrical/Electronics-11 posts, Chemical/ Paper pulp Engineering-07 posts)
Academic Requirements: The candidates must have completed 3 Years Diploma in Concerned disciplines of Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
Experience: 04 years of Industry experience in Production/ Operation/ Process control or maintenance in concerned branches of Engineering
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 in PB-2 with a CTC of Rs.6 lakhs per annum
Age: The applicant must be within 21-30 years of age as on 31-Dec-2012
3. Engineer/ Officer – Technical (Fresh Graduate Engineers): 10 Posts (Mechanical-04, Electrical/Electronics-03 posts, Chemical/ Paper pulp Engineering-03 posts)
Academic Requirements: The candidates must have completed Bachelors Degree in Concerned disciplines of Engineering (BE/ B.Tech/ AMIE) with 60% marks in aggregate.
Experience: Not mandatory for these posts
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 in PB-2 with a CTC of Rs.6 lakhs per annum
Age: The applicant must be within 21-30 years of age as on 31-Dec-2012
Non-Executive Cadre (Workmen):
4. Senior Grade – Grade IV (Production/ Maintenance): 10 Posts (Mechanical-04, Electrical/Electronics-03 posts, Chemical/ Paper pulp Engineering-03 posts)
Academic Requirements: Pass in Matriculation /SSLC / 10th Class Board Examination And a ITI Trade Certificate OR, 3 years Diploma with 60% marks in the respective trade
Experience: 10 years experience required for ITI holders and minimum 3 years of experience for Diploma holders
Pay Scale: Rs.9300 – Rs.34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 in PB-2 with a CTC of Rs.5.5 lakhs per annum
Age: The applicant must be within 21-40 years of age as on 31-Dec-2012
5. Senior Grade – Grade III (Production/ Maintenance): 33 Posts (Mechanical-11, Electrical/Electronics-11 posts, Chemical/ Paper pulp Engineering-11 posts)
Academic Requirements: Pass in Matriculation /SSLC / 10th Class Board Examination And a ITI Trade Certificate OR, 3 years Diploma with 60% marks in the respective trade
Experience: 06 years experience required for ITI holders and minimum 02 years of experience for Diploma holders
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2800 in PB-1 with a CTC of Rs.4.75 lakhs per annum
Age: The applicant must be within 18-35 years of age as on 31-Dec-2012
6. Junior Grade – Grade II (Production/ Maintenance): 34 Posts (Mechanical-11, Electrical/Electronics-11 posts, Chemical/ Paper pulp Engineering-12 posts)
Academic Requirements: Pass in Matriculation /SSLC / 10th Class Board Examination And a ITI Trade Certificate OR, 3 years Diploma with 60% marks in the respective trade
Experience: 03 years experience required for ITI holders and minimum 01 year of experience for Diploma holders
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.2000 in PB-1 with a CTC of Rs.3.75 lakhs per annum
Age: The applicant must be within 18-30 years of age as on 31-Dec-2012
- 7. Junior Grade – Grade II (Production/ Maintenance): 73 Posts (Mechanical-26, Electrical/Electronics-25 posts, Chemical/ Paper pulp Engineering-22 posts)
Academic Requirements: Pass in Matriculation /SSLC / 10th Class Board Examination And a ITI Trade Certificate OR, 3 years Diploma with 60% marks in the respective trade
Experience: 01 year experience required for ITI holders and no experience for Diploma holders
Pay Scale: Rs.5200 – Rs.20200 with Grade Pay of Rs.1900 in PB-1 with a CTC of Rs.3.5 lakhs per annum
Age: The applicant must be within 18-28 years of age as on 31-Dec-2012
Note: Apart from pay Scale the candidates will be eligible to receive remunerations and perks as per rules.
Upper age for candidates will be relaxed for privileged categories as per rules
