Office of Commissioner of Horticulture, Department of Horticulture, Government of Andhra Pradesh, invites applications from eligible candidate for recruitment of Horticulture Officers on regular basis.
Horticulture Officers – 25 Vacancies
The 40% of posts are Open to Local and Non-Local candidates and 60% of posts are reserved for local candidates of the respective zones.

Minimum Qualification Required: The candidate must possess B.Sc. (Horticulture) or M.Sc.(Agriculture) with specialization in Horticulture of a recognized university in the State or any other university/ institutions recognized by the University Grants Commission. Candidates possess B.Sc. (Horticulture) will get preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 40 years as on July 01,2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 35120-87130/-
Mode of Selection: There will be no test or interview for selection of the candidates. The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.
