Airports Authority of India (AAI) Recruitment 2013 – 50 Junior Assistant (Fire Services) Vacancies
Airports Authority of India came into existence on 1st April, 1995 after the amalgamation of two authorities namely National Airports Authority and International Airports Authority of India. AAI works under the ministry of civil aviation which is responsible for management of most of the airports of country. AAI falls under the Miniratna-I CPSE category.
Airports Authority of India, a miniratna, public sector enterprises, invites applications from eligible candidates who are domicile of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura, for the post of Junior Assistant (Fire Services) at various airports in North – Eastern Region.
Candidates must have Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License as on December 31, 2012,
or
Valid Medium Vehicle License issued at least one year before the date of advertisement, and able to produce valid Heavy Driving License at the time of Driving Test.
or
Valid Light Motor Vehicle License issued at least two years before the date of advertisement, and able to produce valid Heavy Driving License at the time of Driving Test.

Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on December 31, 2012
Pay Scale: Rs 12,500 – 28,550/- plus other allowances as per Airports Authority of India rules
Qualification As on December 31, 2012:
10th Pass + 3 years regular Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Fire from government approved institution with minimum 50% marks
OR
12th Pass (Regular Study) with 50% marks
Selection Process: Written Test, Driving Test/Physical Endurance Test, followed by Interview
