With the present announcement from AIATSL, a Walk-in is invited for filling up various positions as detailed below. The details of the criteria for eligibility and the norms of recruitment are detailed as under.

• Customer Agent – 10 & 11-April-2013
• Senior Ramp Service Agent – 16-April-2013
• Ramp Service Agent/ Ramp Service Agent (lower grade) – 17 & 18-April-2013

Note: Time for Walk-in registration is from 8:00 AM-11:00 AM after which no further candidates will be allowed registration

• Senior Customer Agent – 06 vacancies
• Customer Agent – 39 vacancies
• Senior Ramp Service Agent – 05 vacancies
• Ramp Service Agent/ Ramp Service Agent (lower grade) – 23 vacancies

Essential Criteria for Eligibility:

• Senior Customer Agent – Age– Should be within 30 Years – Qualification – Must be a Graduate in any discipline and conversant with Basic Computer Application, ability to speak fluent English and local language – Experience – Four years experience in fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling area with any airline or IATA Travel Agency or Ground Handling Agency – Height – 158cm for Male and 152.5cm for Female applicants
• Customer Agent – Age– Should be within 28 Years – Qualification – Must be a Graduate in any discipline and conversant with Basic Computer Application, ability to speak fluent English and local language – Height – 158cm for Male and 152.5cm for Female applicants
• Senior Ramp Service Agent – Age– Should be within 30 Years – Qualification – Must be a Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering and Must possess valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence at the time of appearing for Personal Interview – Experience – Four years experience in Maintenance and Operation of Ramp Equipment and Ramp Handling Procedures at the airport OR, Maintenance and Operation of Automobile/ Hydraulic Equipment from Automobile/ Hydraulic Equipment Manufacturer/ Authorized Service Centre
• Ramp Service Agent/ Ramp Service Agent (lower grade) – Age– Should be within 28 Years – Qualification – Must be a Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering and Must possess valid Light Motor Vehicle Driving Licence at the time of appearing for Trade Test.

NOTE:

• Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules
• Age will be reckoned as on 01-April-2013

Contract Period:

• All these posts will be on a fixed contract for a period of 3 years
• This Contract could also be terminated earlier at the discretion of the Management
• The jobs are transferable to any station in India

Pay Provisions:

• Senior Customer Agent – First Year –Rs.15000 – Second year – Rs.16000 and 3^rd year – Rs.17000 per month
• Customer Agent – First Year –Rs.12000 – Second year – Rs.13000 and 3^rd year – Rs.14000 per month
• Senior Ramp Service Agent – First Year –Rs.15000 – Second year – Rs.16000 and 3^rd year – Rs.17000 per month
• Ramp Service Agent – First Year –Rs.12000 – Second year – Rs.13000 and 3^rd year – Rs.14000 per month
• Ramp Service Agent (lower grade) – Rs.11000 per month for all three years

Application Fee:

• For Unreserved Category & OBC: Rs.300
• For all reserved category such as SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen: Fees exempted
• The fee can be remitted in shape of a Crossed Demand Draft in favour of “Air India Air Transport Services Ltd.”, payable at Mumbai
• For Pre-Employment Medical Test (only if a candidates gets selected for employment): Rs.500-Rs.1000

Mode of Selection:

• The selection of candidates will be done through a systematic procedure of Scruitiny of candidature, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
