4 CORPS ORDNANCE MAINTENANCE COY, MISSAMARI, Ministry of Defence, invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Fireman Posts. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and physical endurance test. The selected candidates will be on probation period for two years.

Qualification– Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination from the recognized university/ board.
Candidates must have fulfill minimum required physical standards.
Physical Measurements (Qualifying)
Height without shoes – 165 Cms (concession of 2.5 Cms shall be allowed for members of Schedule Tribes), Chest (un expended) – 81.5 Cms, Chest (Expended) – 85 Cms, Weight – 50 Kgs
Physical Endurance Test
Run 1.6 Km in 6 Min
Carrying a man of 63.5 Kgs to a distance of 183 Meters within 96 Seconds.
Clearing 2.7 meters wide ditch landing on both feet (long jump)
Climbing 3 meters vertical rope using hands and feet.
Age Limit– Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years for unreserved candidates. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
